Gauge Valves
- Stainless Steel construction
- For working pressure up to 6000psig (413bar) @ 100°F(37°C).
Features
■ Nonrotating stem tip design.
■ 1/2in. and 3/4in. male to 1/2in. NPT female end connections.
■ 1/2in. female gange ports standard.
■ Schedule 160 pipe wall or heavier on valve inlet fitting for strenght.
■ Bonnet lock plate standard

Materials of Construction
Factory Test
- Every valve is factory tested with Nitrogen@1000psig(69bar) for leakage at the seat to a maximum allowable leak of 0.1 scc/min.
- Shell testing is performed to a requirement of no detectable leakage with a liquid leak detector.
Cleaning and Packaging
- Every valve is cleaned and packaged in accordance with OTG-LOK standard cleaning and packaging procedures.

Sour Gas Service
Wetted components including stem and lower gland are selected in accordance with NACE MR175/ISO 15156-2/3 or NACE MR0103 depending on the application. To order, add "SG" to the valve ordering number.
