우리는 반도체 생산라인에서 사용될 새로운 초저온 체크밸브를 개발, 고객사의 테스트를 통과하였습니다. 더 미세한 공정으로 반도체를 생산하는 상황에서 보다 낮은 냉각성능을 가진 냉각장비의 필요성으로 인하여 개발하였습니다. 이 초저온 체크밸브는 고객사가 사용하는 조건에서 많은 테스트와 시험결과 사용에 적합하여 공급중입니다. 

We developed a new cryogenic check valve to be used in the semiconductor production line and passed the customer's test. We developed it because of the need for cooling equipment with lower cooling performance in a situation where semiconductors are produced through a finer process. This cryogenic check valve is being supplied because it is suitable for many tests and test results under the conditions used by the customer.

Working Pressure rating up to 3.000psi (206bar) @100°F(38°C)
